SHIPPING DOMESTIC (HONG KONG)
All items are shipped from Hong Kong.
For Paper Goods, orders will be delivered by SF Express using Payment on Delivery. Customers shall pay the shipping fee (reference price within HK is HKD 18, Macau is HKD 26) to SF Express directly upon receiving the orders. Please select “Paper Goods (Pay on Delivery)” at checkout. It will take approximately 2-3 working days to deliver to your destination after order is shipped.
For other items, shipping fee will be HKD 30, to be shipped via SF Express with order tracking service. It will take approximately 2-3 working days to deliver to your destination when order is ready to be shipped out. Please check the production time in the Product Description.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL (TAIWAN, JAPAN, UK & REST OF WORLD)
Paper Goods can be shipped to Taiwan. Orders will be delivered by SF Express using Payment on Delivery. Customers shall pay the shipping fee (reference price to Taiwan is HKD 39/ NTD 155) to SF Express directly upon receiving the orders. Please select “Paper Goods (Pay on Delivery)” at checkout. It will take approximately 3-4 working days to deliver to your destination after order is shipped.
For other items, shipping fee to Japan and Taiwan is HKD 200 (approximately USD 25) per order. Shipping fee to rest of the world is HKD 290 (approximately USD 37) per order. Orders will be shipped with tracking service from Hong Kong. It will take 6-12 working days to deliver to your destination when order is ready to be shipped out. Please check the production time in the Product Description. Delivery time may also be affected by local fright restrictions against COVID situation.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for the products by credit card (Master/ Visa/ American Express) or Paypal.
Apple Pay is also available if you are using Safari on Mac, iPhone or iPad.

About Packaging
FOREST CERTIFIED PAPER MATERIALS
Most packaging materials are ordered and made in Japan. Some paper materials are Forest Certified Products (森林認証製品) by FSC - Forest Stewardship Council (森林管理協議会).
ANTI-TARNISH SILVER PROTECTION PAPER
For pure silver accessories, if you see a brown paper in the packaging, please don’t throw it away! It’s a special anti-tarnish protection paper provided for you which can effectively avoid 999 pure silver from being tarnished.
When you do not wear the silver accessory, keep it inside the little pouch and zip-lock bag together with this brown paper enclosed in the packaging. If your silver accessory really turns dark, simply clean it with white toothpaste and water, it will help removing the dark colour and turn your silver piece shinny again.
